Pulmonary & Critical Care Services - Albany

Very rude nurses who seem to be annoyed they have to talk to patients and would rather sit in a group cracking jokes about other patients within earshot of the waiting room. Sent me for a sleep study without warning me that it would cost me thousands of dollars (even though I expressed concerns about costs) only for it to result in nothing actionable. Wish I would've saved my money and stuck with internet advice.

Dr.Winds and all of his staff are very kind and very compassionate. He has helped my mom so much. I can't thank him enough for the difference he has made in the quality of my mom's life. Thank you again

Dr. Wind was excellent with my teenage son! He explained everything in a way he could understand, he was patient, he was kind and ordered exactly what would help him! We had a great experience with his whole office!

The older nurse who has been there for 22 years has terrible bedside manners. She needs to be put down or needs to retire. The way she talks to the elderly patients is NOT acceptable, I have no idea how she has been in the position of "nursing" for this long. It's 2024, you don't have the right to treat people like garbage anymore. Go work at Walmart if you want to act like that. AS FOR THE DOCTORS AT THIS PRACTICE, Please know that your nurse is giving YOUR patients TERRIBLE service. Know that a their actions affect more than just the person they are "nursing" She has no compassion or empathy and at this point she shouldn't even be in contact with patients. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

This is an excellent pulmonary practice with wonderful staff and triage nurses and so much more. They are quickly responsive to portal messages and go the extra mile. Dr Wind is an exceptional Dr and Kendall the triage nurse too.
