As a new patient, today was my first visit with Dr. Pullano. I was so impressed with my experience! From initially calling the office, check in and out, my dental hygienist Kathy, and Dr. Pullano. If you want to see a dentist and staff that is knowledgeable, really cares, and makes you feel welcomed, Pullano Family Dentistry is the place to go.

This review is for young adults with fear/anxiety of dentists... I have suffered my whole childhood with toothaches and problems. I was never ever liked the dentist. Pullano Dentistry changed that. I enjoy going to the dentist now, and have no fear/anxiety. His staff are friendly, relatable, and understand the stigma of dentists, and actively curb that to make you feel comfortable. If I could give a 10/5 stars I would. I definitely recommend after years of searching for a quality dentist. Pullano is A+ #1

As a dedicated oral hygiene patient I found my last visit on 4/23/2013 to be my very last to Pullano. As I signed in at the window, I was greeted with you have a $40.balance. Not even a hello, how are you ,by the way how have you been since your last visit 5 months ago ? I commented on the cold reception, and had all my records transferred to another dentist. Customer service is everything. I paid the $40. and spoke with the dentist. He apologized for the poor customer service.

While I was on a trip to Syracuse I was plagued with the misfortune of wisdom teeth aches and pains. Despite not being my normal dentist (and the compounding factor that is my inexperienced youth), the staff at this practice helped me each step of the way. I received quality care and the dentist there had furthermore gained my gratitude by speaking to me on a personal level. He instructed me on what steps would be best to protect my teeth. Overall, a great place that helped me when I needed it.

I have been coming to Dr. Pullano for my whole life! They are always very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a very thourgh dentist and dental hygienists.
