Pulaski Urgent Care

I am a frequent flyer to this facility. I have 2 younger children who I bring here often as they love to get sick on weekends. Every time I have come here, Rodney and his staff are all great and wonderful with the kids. Unfortunately Rodney is not there anymore. I just came out of the office from bringing my daughter in to be seen. She unfortunately needs antibiotics but can not tolerate liquids. I made mention to Amy that she doesn’t do good with liquids and would need a pill form of the antibiotic. She did a complete 180 and got nasty with me stating she does not weigh enough for a pill form. I calmly explained to her that Rodney always figured out the proper milligrams to her weight and that was all I was asking her to do. She again continued down grading me and basically calling me stu

Before i start on this review keep in mind i have went here for years and always was treated decently by Dr.Richmand. i have seen they are in a change over currently. So I have been batteling Chronic Lymes Disease for about 6 months. I have chest pressure most days but my chest pressure was so bad that I could not lay down because it intensified. So I decided to go to here and on my way there i had palpitations, tightness ans difficulty breathing in intervals, so i knew i may not make it to the emergency room with that being further away. Also have went that route and there is literally nothing they can do at that time. I am waiting on my infectious disease appointment. I told the secretary (very nice women) what was going on and that i have chest pressure most days due to chronic lyme.

This urgent care was very fast and helped us within minutes. The x-rays that were taken, took maybe 10 minutes max. Mike was amazing and he was so nice and made us feel extremely comfortable. It was the best urgent care visit we’ve ever had in our lives!!

We're here on vacation. I took my daughter in for an ear infection that was still causing her pain even after 4 days (and 2 different antibiotics) We saw the two NPs (Dave and Rodney) one brought the other one in as an extra set of eyes and another opinion. This mama was letting her anxiety get the best of her, and they were so kind and explained what they thought the issue is. My daughter and I both left feeling much better. We were in and our in 30 minutes.

We’ve taken our daughter there twice now and both times the staff has gone out of their way to make sure the visit was as upbeat as possible. They took their time explaining to us exactly what they thought was going on and options for testing, etc., we didn’t just feel like they were rushing to get us out the door. By far the best experience we’ve had with any medical care in NNY, highly recommend!
