Receptionist seem like you're bothering them. No greeting what so ever . No help with any problems. But their makeup is fabulous.

They call you the day of your appointment that was scheduled for over a month and try to move it to an earlier time, because they want to leave early, then when you show up 10 mins late, due to parking, knowing you are leaving directly from the job site to get to the appointment, they are already locked up and gone. Then Lie about being there in the office. They completely disrespect you when you call the next day to complain!! She said they have a 10min window. Weird because no other office has less than 15 mins (there was no mention of this while scheduling either) Desk staff are irresponsible trying to move appointments same day and then playing games about not being there!!

Drove 30 miles checked in 10 minutes before appointment waited almost 45 minutes we t to the fron desk and they said I was a no show.Noone came and called for me i was the only one in waiting room.

My other Post doesn’t show I called for over 48 hours ago with a real medical question important to me. They said they would call back within 24 hours still no call back my heart rates real low short of breath very tired just trying to find out if that’s how it’s supposed to be after my procedure, can’t even get a call back or reassurance or no let’s change your meds. Nothing I love the cardiologist his assistants need some training

We had an appointment at 1:40 pm, we arrived at 1:20pm. We filled out paperwork, checked in, and we're told to have a seat the Dr would be with us shortly. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Every single person who came in after we did was called and taken back before we were called. I find it very unprofessional to have signs up in the office stating if you are more than 10 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule yet make your patients wait over an hour to be seen.
