Publix Pharmacy

Anolisa is the most unprofessional and rude sorry excuse for a manager I have ever met in my life. She got very offended that I would dare ask why one of my prescriptions was sent to the wrong location. She was so offended that she started raising her voice, interrupting, and being condescending towards me. When I pushed back she refused to ring up my other prescriptions that were ready and started yelling at me sarcastically to have "a great and blessed day" as I was leaving. I let the store manager Kim know what happened and that Anolisa shouldn't be touching people's medication if this is how she handles customer issues.

I have only used this pharmacy a few times. My experience today was particularly noteworthy for a few reasons. The medication i was getting filled normally would not be filled until afternoon. It is a medication I take for cancer and it takes a bit to get done. I didn't know this however the pharmacist was kind enough to fill it immediately and it was ready for me at 10:30am thank you for that. The pharmacy tech named Sydni was so helpful and kind. Not having insurance in today's world makes having any ailments particularly difficult. Sydni went through all of the options for a discount on her own. She didn't have to do that. The phone is ringing and people may have been in the drive through but she was determined to at least look at possible discounts available. That is above and beyond

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I am sick with a bacterial infection and they think it’s okay to not have my medication to me until almost 48 hours it was prescribed. Before that I have consistently had to wait longer for refill prescriptions or stay on top of them to make sure something actually gets filled. Don’t try calling them, you’ll probably be bopped around the phone tree for 10 minutes until they answer, if they ever do. Do not recommend.
