Publix Pharmacy On the Bay

So Jessica was my first pharmacist there and she instantly made me feel like an actual person and not just a number, and then came Phyllis, and she is just as amazing as Jessica and this location is always busy and they never cease to smile an they honestly care about us and for me that’s just priceless! Oh and I can’t forget about Patti, she rounds out the dream team as the pharmacy tech. Thank you all for being so good to me…

Expert, caring pharmacists. They are fantastic in their knowledge and care. Publix has been the main pharmacy I go to for more than 20 years. I highly recommend them. Easy to get vaccinated there too.

I find this pharmacy to be very helpful. The pharmacists in particular. They are seemingly short staffed so sometimes there is a long wait but that isn't the fault of the pharmacist. They have only once been out of one of my Rx's which CVS is always out of. Have moved all my prescriptions here.

Honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Sometimes i literally can’t believe how incompetent they are. Every single month for the past 6 months they’ve had the same problem understanding my doctors orders. My doctor had been doing my scrips the same way for years and never had a pharmacy not understand it.

Supposed to open at 9am. 9:15am and absolutely no one around
