Publix Pharmacy on Palm Beach

I want to recognize the pharmacist, Isaac, who — although he might feel he was just doing his job — truly went above and beyond when I was desperately trying to find a medication that at least eight other pharmacies refused to fill. I had wasted so much time calling around, being told they weren’t taking new customers or that there were “supply issues,” which I doubted after hearing otherwise from other pharmacies. Isaac took the time to listen, checked carefully, and actually helped me get what I needed. His empathy, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. His staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. Because of their outstanding service, I’ll be coming back to this Publix Pharmacy moving forward. The staff at the Publix Pharmacy are outstanding. Kind, considerate, professional, always willing to look for a lower price for prescriptions. Ready and willing to answer questions. I love this pharmacy and the friends I've made there. They are pleasant approx. 100% of the time no matter how a customer acts. It's hard for me being disabled to do my shopping but I am pleased when I can get out and see their smiling faces. If customers could think before complaining sometimes, they could get one of those Publix smiles and their day would be brighter. I have been to see the store manager three times to let them know how satisfied I was with their service
