Customer Reviews
I'm normally very happy with this pharmacy. My 90 yr grandmother, 72 yr old father, and I only use this pharmacy. Their recent negligence cost me a call to EMS. The medications I was very patiently waiting for weeks never made it. I was told their truck got turned around. I went into severe withdrawal because this medication cannot be stopped abruptly. 2 nights ago my heart rate was 144, my blood pressure tanked to 77/56, crawling on the floor vomiting. I called EMS. They wanted me to go to the hospital, but I couldn't leave my GSD in the care of my family. My husband was supposed to be here today, but a fellow employee broke her wrist and he had to provide coverage. I truly believe the pharmacists in this Publix are not educated on medications that cannot be stopped abruptly. Otherwise, I
Staff unprofessional. Pharmacy denied a persons prescription and was going back and forth with the customer while being rude. The whole interaction was unprofessional while the manager stood by Karissa with a grin. Weird. Im going elsewhere to get my prescriptions filled.
I would like to report a serious incident involving Clarissa, a pharmacist at the Publix on Wilmington Island where I fill my prescriptions. During a recent phone call, she spoke to me in an unprofessional and accusatory manner. She stated that I was ordering medication “like it’s going out of style,” said she was going to report me, and then abruptly hung up on me. This type of behavior is completely inappropriate for a healthcare professional. Pharmacists are not permitted to express personal opinions or attitudes toward guests, especially in a way that feels judgmental or hostile. My medications are prescribed, legal, and medically necessary. I will not tolerate being spoken to as though I am doing something wrong or being treated as if I am a drug seeker. That is not her role, and she
