Publix Pharmacy at Whitworth Farms

If only the Publix pharmacies cared for consumer service as the store does! My dr called in a prescription since 9am! I called around 1pm to see if it’s ready, they tell me one is ready but they need 2 hrs for the second one! Are u kidding me?? The lady barely spoke clear English and kept saying I have to wait two hours for the prescription that was called in at the same time as the other. Then tell me when it’s called in, it goes for next day. I called the Dr back and asked them to transfer my prescription to CVS, I kids you not, it was ready in less than 1hr! BOTH OF THEM! I love the store but never again the pharmacy! This was the last time. CVS only going forward! Save yourself the stress!

Both the pharmacists and staff are amazing. Both of the pharmacists at this location are helpful and very knowledgeable and I always leave happy!

Customer service rep whoever picks up the phone here is very rude his name is morris. Not helpful just rude then hangs up the phone on you when you are trying to call pharmacy for a patient .

Love this store. Staff and management treat you like neighbors..not just a customer.
