Publix Pharmacy at Westshore

Great pharmacy, efficient! Joanna is fantastic, so nice and helps you with whatever you need, even if it means calling doctors to figure your scripts out. Wilda is always super nice as well!

The New Store is Great. I changed all of my prescriptions from that Nasty Staff at Walgreens to Publix Pharmacy. The pharmacists are all really wonderful. Months ago I was able to get my Vaccine with no issues when I could not get in anywhere else. I would highly recommend the pharmacy.

I changed to this store as it’s closer to my new home. I went in with my GoodRx coupon due to this prescription not being covered by my insurance. They gave me some excuse as to why they couldn’t honor the GoodRx price. I have never had an issue with GoodRx not being accepted at a pharmacy. I called CVS and they told me that coupon should have been honored. I wouldn’t have taken the time to write this review had this not been an expensive script. Thanks , P.F.

The store is great both selection and organization wise, that’s why it doesn’t receive one star. however customer service is VERY lacking from management, as well as employee relations fron what I understand. The management there is shaky with both good and bad managers mixed together, however by far the worst is assistant store manager Donna, she has made it a unpleasant place to shop from her attitude with customers and very rude behavior, to the way she treats her employees, going as far as to harass them about their personal lives and emergencies, even going as far as to cause people to quit, including a employee who from what I understand was one of the only ones who spoke German and that could help some of the foreign clients, if it weren’t for the fact I can’t find a specific produc

I had no problem transferring a prescription from a different Publix to them. They did it all and we're very helpful.
