Publix Pharmacy at Water Tower Shoppes

Excellent pharmacy! They always keep track of preventative shots that are needed and they always find the lowest drug price whether it be through insurance or Good RX. The entire staff is pleasant and eager to help. Sometimes they may be quite busy but definitely worth the occasional wait.

I come here all the time, this store can get very busy at times which makes it more likely to be out of a lot of things but it’s easy to find items, the store be as neat as it can be from all the shoppers. The employees are kind and professional except for today my cashier mr. AMIR or Amiri I’m not 100% sure on the name he was very nonchalant, I greeted him and got no response. He didn’t bag an item that I wanted bagged and when I asked him could he bag the item for me he told me to do it myself and pointed at the bags. Other than that I like coming here and will continue.

I came in needing to transfer 3 scripts from out of state. Fernando was incredibly efficient, professional, and helpful. Found a coupon to lower my out of pocket costs, called another pharmacy who had to medicine needed, and filled the prescription all under 20 mins. Wonderful service, great staff.

I've been a customer of Publix Pharmacy at Water Tower Shoppes for over 2 years and I've have always found their staff to be nothing short of amazing. Specifically David, one of the Pharmacists, and Nicole, a Pharmacy tech are so professional, kind and always accommodating. Nicole greets me by name is so knowledgeable and David's advice and attentiveness to my meds and any reactions is so comforting to know they really care about their customers. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

I would rather give no stars, but unfortunately not an option. I was able to book a COVID-19 vaccine appointment for this week. I was so excited since they announced that pharmacy’s were receiving them so that way more Florida residents could receive them. I filled out all the necessary information only to get a phone call this afternoon to ask if I was a healthcare worker. I told them I was not, and was then told I had no choice but to cancel my appointment. I am not complaining because I think I should receive the vaccine ahead of anyone else, particularly those who are risking their lives to be in hospitals and caring for others. I am upset that Publix does not have adequate information on their vaccine booking site to explain who they can vaccinate and who is still waiting. It was hand
