Publix Pharmacy at Village Shoppes of Sugarloaf

Chris is fantastic and Jess is amazing! I love that if I need things or have questions I get honest answers. They are fantastic people and they truly make my life easier when dealing with my prescriptions!

I cannot wrap my head around how the grocery operation of this location can be so exceptional and the pharmacy operation so pathatic. They are apathetic, lazy, prone to mistakes and will continue to lie to your face even when confronted with screenshots of confirmations that THEY sent to your prescribing doctor. When your doctor's office tells you that they have had multiple problems with this particular pharmacy with a multitude of patients, it's time to let the public know that you are gambling with your health and well being using this den of ineptitude. One star only because that is the miniumum you can give.

Thank you for having the best customer service and having so much consideration for everyone you meet. I would never go to any other pharmacy for all my family needs. We really appreciate you!

Always a 3 day minimum wait to get my meds. Very poor communication. They do not bother to let you know that they are out of your medicine, even generic med which is stocked at other pharmacies. If they have a problem with your insurance company approving your med they never bother to call and inform you. Throughly disgusted with them. The only good thing about their pharmacy is the manager notifying you if prescription has an ingredient in it that you are allergic to.

This Publix Pharmacy at Village, Do not go to this Pharmacy! The male pharmacist charged me for my A lot for my medicine. I asked him go an relook at my Insurance plan an he said he did, (I repeat!), I knew he didn't look at my Insurance Plan . The male pharmacist is to lazy to go the Distance to look up your plan an readjust it .. (I repeat again!) Do not use this pharmacy! I went to another pharmacy, Much better they readjust my Insurance. (The male pharmacist is to lazy to look At your Insurance plan in the system!) Do not go there...
