Publix Pharmacy at Village of Oriole Plaza

One of your employees named Jason Genova called me a racial slur after I asked him if he contacted Leonard Persin. This is unacceptable and the woman who was also working there, I think her name was Jane, reeked of wine like as if she was drinking in the break room. What's going on at Publix??

Save yourself some aggravation and find a CVS or a Walgreens. This has to be the worst pharmacy we've been to, ever. One "Pharmacist" in particular. A tall, dark haired bully that will antagonize the customer rather than spend a moment looking in the bin for a readied prescription. This is our third occasion where the automated Publix system has notified us of LIFE SUSTAINING medicine being ready, only to be forced to deal with this individual at the counter that is both dismissive and rude, refusing to even look for the drugs. On one occasion, I got rude enough to force him to actually look for the prescription and, not surprisingly, it was there the whole time. Publix has become just another Walmart. We're done with them.

My name is Michelle and I can't tell you how nice the pharmacist and the staff is..we are going to switch from Walgreens to this Publix because Walgreens is a mess. The pharmacist is so nice ,he is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable..Nicest pharmacist and staff ..
