Terrible. I spent a whole afternoon trying to get a prescription filled. They did nothing but lie to me to avoid work until they were about to close. Over 6 hours for them to make a call THEY said they would. And I was called checking in during that time to get nothing but more lip service. Way to alienate the locals and show them you couldn’t care less. “Where Shopping is a Pleasure”…talk is cheap. More like “Where we will take your money out of your community and do our best to keep it by providing zero service in return”… but I guess that’s not as catchy (the truth rarely is). USE EXPRESS SCRIPTS!!! They’re intelligent, they don’t lie to you like Publix will, and believe it or not they were actually very concerned and helpful when addressing their side of this issue. The staff was incredibly compassionate and attentive while updating my medical prescription information. They also demonstrated great knowledge and swiftly addressed all of my questions about the new medication prescribed to me, making me feel cared for and supported.
Just got a prescription filled for an EpiPen, and the expiration date is in 9 months. This is not acceptable.
