SHAUNTINI provides great service with free samples of salted caramel vegan cookies, one of several new vegan options. The hot chicken station is great either rotisserie chickens, peach hot chicken, tenders and popcorn chicken ready to grab and eat. Excellent selection of standard and organic produce all in great condition. Excellent frozen items inc Publix brand frozen yogurt in moose tracks and seasonal favorites. No Rebel brand ice cream a stevia based ice cream but thru have stevia based sodas. BRENDAN and GARY offered great efficient check out. Accessible automatic double door entry. Accessible venue. The staff are polite and the pharmacy is clean. Pickup is pretty quick considering it's a busier area and when there is a line, it's typically at most 1 or 2 people long. I've been using this pharmacy for the last couple months and have had a good experience.

A couple of pharmacy technicians do not want to, "serve The Patriarchy," it seems, lol. I've gotten my prescripts here for five years and I, generally, had nothing but good things to say about the pharmacy service, but lately, they've lied sbout prescriptions (documented by my Dr's office) and also recently told me I'd still have to pay out $53.00 for a med (covered by my insurance) if I got it on the 1st of the month, (considered early, I guess). However, another pharmacy filled this prescription on the 30th of the month, still, "too early," for insurance, allegedly, after I transferred my prescriptions from Publix. I simply paid a small amount my insurance does not cover, as I always do. I did not pay $53.00 for it. And, staff have become standoff-ish and rude. And, when are some of th

Super rude and unprofessional customer service! I kindly asked for more information on my prescription and if they use the insurance I provided. First he acted as if he couldn’t hear me and didn’t give me the time to repeat myself and hung up on me.

I was expecting the same level of service as we had at the Tampa Channelside Publix pharmacy. I would give a zero star if possible.
