Publix Pharmacy at Tribble Crossing

I am writing to formally document and express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of a particular employee at your establishment—a woman who speaks with a pronounced Vietnamese accent—whose behavior I found to be both unprofessional and inappropriate. Upon my most recent call (please review recording), I was addressed in a dismissive and condescending manner I have NEVER experienced before from ANY other pharmacy. Specifically, the employee asked me, "Will you actually pick it up?"—a question that was both presumptive and insulting in tone. This manner of speech is unacceptable in any customer service context, especially within a healthcare-related setting where professionalism should be paramount. On previous occasions, I have experienced delays wherein my order was not prepared on time

The female pharmacist was amazing! This pharmacy is so far away from me and I still keep coming here for the excellent service this pharmacist name was Maame. She didn’t fill my medication due to a Dr error I appreciate her so much she save me from all these side effects. She is a Dr of pharmacy and I am so glad my medication was delayed so I could have the right medication. 100 starts to this amazing pharmacist and the staff! Love this place!!! Thank you for all your hard work!

The new pharmacist here is ridiculous. They question the dosage of common non-controlled antibiotic prescriptions from my DR. And refuse to fill them until they hear from my DR which can take a day or two thus delaying needed meds. I understand if it was an odd medication but for a common antibiotic? Absurd. Staff is rude and uncaring. Amazon pharmacy here I come, at least they won’t try to play doctor and question everything your primary care physician says. You should’ve went to med school if you wanted to do that lady.

They honestly care about their customers. I needed pedialyte for my child who I had just taken to the urgent care and they got it for me when I asked and let me purchase it through the drive through when I picked up his prescription. Saved a mama the trip to go inside with a sick child who really needed his meds and pedialyte…which I probably would have not gotten if I had to go in. They are so helpful! So glad they are our new pharmacy!
