Publix Pharmacy at Treaty Oaks Marketplace

Trying to have medication filled here is like having teeth pulled. When a prescription arrives, this pharmacy pulls up Google maps and sees if the prescriber is located within 60 miles. If the prescriber is outside 60 miles, they do not fill the prescription, making them a useless business for anyone travelling. One time they decided not to fill my prescriptions while also deciding not to tell me about this. I had to call to learn about it. On another occasion they promised me it would be filled by noon, but of course it would never be filled at all, and of course I had to call to learn about this. I wonder how many thousands of doses people have missed because this location is just bad at being a pharmacy. This has not been my experience at other Publix locations, just this one, so I don

Awful service. Pharmacy techs are extremely rude and un helpful. Constantly late filling perceptions. 3 months in a row I have ran out of my medication even though I requested a refill days before. Everyone on staff should be fired and replaced.

Linda, Mark and Jen are awesome! They have excellent customer service! They are always very helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their customers!

Customer service is not Their strong suit. The customers seem to be an annoyance rather than the reason they have a job. A sense of urgency would go a long way. Mabe the techs need to find another line of work. It would be better for them and as well as the customers. I'm considering finding another pharmacy.

So, this incident happened yesterday, January 1st, 2023. It was in the early morning where I've decided to head to this "new" Publix. My family and I just went inside to browse and shop until my 10-year-old wanted some hot potato wedges from the Deli department. My son and I was waiting patiently in front of the Deli department where the person Alex, who was serving the hot food, was behind the counter. Alex literally ignored both of us UNTIL he noticed his coworker in one of those green shirts cut in front of us and asked to get served. That guy in the green shirt didn't even ask us were we in line to be served!!! Alex served him, but once he was done, he turned back around and never served my son and I!!! I asked for the manager up front where customer service was and explained everythin
