They're quick, helpful, detail oriented and located in the most charming shopping center in town in Tradition.
I adore the pharmacist Ryan. He is extremely efficient, accommodating, and just the nicest person. I take quite a few medications to say the least. With that being said, I am at the pharmacy many times. I WOULD THINK THAT THIS IS A HEALTH RISK TO ALL OF US: IT IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING THAT NOBODY PICKSUP THE PHONE. WHY SHOULD ANYONE HAVE TO WAIT 45+ MINUTES TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE. I HAVE ADDRESSED THIS AT THE PHARMACY. NOTHING HAS IMPROVED. IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT I FIND IT NECESSARYTO ESCLATE THIS SITUATION. THERE ISN'T ANY EXCUSE FOR THIS. ESPECIALLY SO, WHEN I AM THERE AND IT IS NOT BUSY. WHY IS THIS OKAY?????????????? I AM CURRENTLY SITTING ON HOLD FOR 1/2 HOUR RIGHT NOW AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW. SORRY, NO EXCUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ESCALATED THIS WILL BE! FACT!!! I WILL MOST DEFINITEL
Stuck waiting 25min over appointment time and no update, communication or reasoning. Lobby full of 3 people, with the person who arrived before me finally addressed since the moment I arrived and then was served before her. The person administering was nice and effective. Posting the pic of those ultimately responsible, but do better with your appointments, please.
Had the best experience with this pharmacy and all their staff today. They were quick and pleasant. I will be going here from now on
As someone who has worked for previous pharmacy the pharmacy techs have a lot to be desired. The saving grace was the pharmacist who was so kind to fill my wife prescription after another store was out of the med. Upon arrival I was greeted by a short (in stature and in attitude) woman who asked me for the details which I provided. She then told me one moment she would have to check if they had it in stock after I literally mentioned that someone from CVS called and spoke to the pharmacist who already said they did. Again, I told her this but she was not concerned with listening. He confirmed then I asked how much it was because my insurance doesn't normally accept Publix. She said I don't know it will take a few minutes to process the prescription so I'll text you with the price. Declin
