Publix Pharmacy at Toco Hills Shopping Center

Tiffany, the assistant pharmacy manager, was incredibly rude both over the phone and in person when I picked up a prescription recently. Since it had been a few weeks since the prescription was called in, I wanted to check before I came in to see if it could still be filled. Tiffany spoke to me like it was ridiculous that I didn’t make it in on the day the prescription was called in. That evening, I went into the pharmacy and was helped by what sounded to be an associate in training. I asked her to check to ensure my insurance information was correct as I had recently changed plans. Tiffany came over and immediately had a bad attitude. The pharmacy staff exhibits unprofessional behavior, allegedly yelling at customers without cause. The head pharmacist, who is compassionate and kind, should be empowered to enforce proper standards and prevent such misconduct.

I have never had so many issues getting my prescription refilled at a pharmacy. It’s a constant battle of not being notified when it’s refilled and then being told they’re out of stock once I call and ask.

Yesterday I needed to get an emergency prescription for my Mom. It was hard to get through to the Pharmacy - I called at the worst time - Friday afternoon! However, when I got through the pharmacist couldn't have been nicer. Not only did he get the new prescription ready for me in 20 minutes but he also got her Medicare/Insurance Info online so that we didn't charged a ridiculous amount for it. I didn't ask for that - he just took care of it. Great service. Thank you!

Had to express my disappointment & dissatisfaction with the Publix team today, 12/28/22. After shopping at this and other stores for over 20+ years, this is my 1st experience receiving poor customer service. I rarely visit the Pharmacy dept because most of my RX are home delivered. We came down with a combination of colds/flu over Xmas. As the caretaker but still sick and exhausted myself was attempting to pick up my antibiotic called in by Piedmont Urgent Care. Granted they made a mistake and sent it over to CVS Pharmacy, my old Pharmacy. The Publix Pharmacist, I believe his name is Mr. Yoon was not unprofessional but worst...unkind, snarky and didn't represent the Publix brand well. I did everything he asked, called the Dr & Nurse back 2x, had them cancel the RX at CVS and resend to him
