Publix Pharmacy at The Village Shoppes at Simonton

Edit. Andy please call me. Your pharmacy cannot function when you are not there. Andy I am sorry but I have to leave a 1 star review until your staff can learn how to be nice to patients and know what medication you need refilled when you give them the name. Kevin should not have continued to question me about which medication when I was telling him what it was. This review will be updated when your staff is as good as you. Thank you for being the only one at that pharmacy that knows what they are doing. Andy has been a wonderful addition to this pharmacy. His passion for what he does is evident, and it’s clear that he truly cares about the wellbeing of his customers. He is consistently kind and treats everyone with the utmost respect. I had to call in a prescription today and the woman on the line was friendly and said it would be ready by 3 - when I got there the system was down and they were kind of scrambling, but the woman who took my call (sorry I didn't get her name, brunette, petite) remembered me from the phone and had my order right there in her hand. Andy went out of his way to make sure I was able to check out rather than have to wait for the system to come back. Good job, they both handled a bad situation and got me out of there in no time.

I went to grab my prescription but misread the message and assumed it was ready. andy was great and grabbed it for us right away. we only waited 2 mins!!!! usually we'd have to wait half an hour or more. thank you for your help andy!

Andy is very Kind! He stay after hours to fill a much needed perscription. I really appreciate his above and beyond customer service!

8-22-2023 - I depend on Publix for quality food and typically I don't complain but twice in the same day I bought chicken that was unsightly and not tasty. The lunch time batch was cooked in burnt grease and it was terrible. I returned the unused portion and bought 20 battered wings and many of them had batches of fried feathers. I didn't go back for a refund, but I had to leave a review. This is certainly unacceptable. This isn't the Publix food we know and love.
