Publix Pharmacy at The Shops at Westridge

I am DONE with this Pharmacy. Nothing is ever ready when they tell you it will be, communication is poor, they don't answer the phone, they're frequently out of very common medications, and the staff act like you're inconveniencing them. This is the most convenient location to me, but I'd rather drive further if it means I don't have to deal with their poor service anymore.

The pharmacist is friendly. The techs are very nice. It’s not the fault of the techs when insurance and doctors are giving problems…. No need to take out your frustration on them….. another plus is here they are normally truthful in telling you why they can not get your medicine filled I like honesty

I had a wonderful experience with Leela at the Publix Pharmacy in McDonough. She was incredibly patient and helpful during a very stressful time for me. I was having some issues getting my medication, and Leela not only resolved everything efficiently, but she also went the extra mile to find a prescription savings card to help lower my cost. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. She was truly a joy to speak with and turned a stressful situation into a positive one. Frequently out of things . Ppl in the deli are rude and refuse to even recognize i was standing waiting. ( Hispanic lady) not cool.

I have been getting all 12 medication filled at Publix at Westridge, McDonough Georgia for years. And I’ve never had a problem until today. I am having a Total shoulder replacement reverse next week. I called today and spoke to a lady and told her I had been to 3 doctor getting my clearance letters. And my prescription need to be filled today if anyway possible. She was rude and the David Tnick. Would not refill my pain medication or anxiety they are 2 days early.My insurance called him telling him I was approved to get my medication. Both doctors said I needed to get my prescription refilled today or Tomorrow.because I would not be able to drive for a least 14 days. He would not refill until Friday and Sunday. He was very Rude. And I I will be going to another pharmacy with my busin
