Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes of Eastwood

I have shopped primarily at this Publix for at least 25 years. I love this store! Recently I started using their pharmacy and wish I had done it sooner. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, plus they fill my prescriptions quickly, often the same day. Much better service than the drugstore I used previously! I am shocked by the few bad reviews on this site. I have never had a bad experience here in literally thousands of visits.

Best pharmacy in Orlando! The whole staff is so kind and personable! It's really such a pleasure getting to interact with everyone there. Any time I have a question or concern they are so helpful, empathetic and kind. Highly recommend!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I am really impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the pharmacy manager - "T". I was running into frustrations with my synced prescriptions and she made sure everything was taken care of so that I could pick up all my prescriptions at the same time. She really went above and beyond and was kind throughout everything. Much appreciated!!

I’ve been shopping at this Publix for 4 years. The sub sandwich area needs to keep their area more clean and better prepared for taking customers orders. Today I waiting about 25 minuets for my sub because a lot of the ingredients I asked for weren’t stocked. I had a horrible experience with one of the produce managers whom I will not name. Let’s just say he tried to physically keep me from walking away from his horrible attitude. A lot of the young cashiers aren’t very friendly towards me when it’s my turn to check out. It’s not only me who feels this way but my sister as well. I’m not sure who does the hiring in this store but I’d love to see more Latin and African American employees. There’s only ONE manager in this store who I enjoy seeing when I’m there. He’s the only one who asks me

This is a gorgeous, large, well-stocked Publix that makes it truly a pleasure to shop at. They rarely run out of the sale items before the sale is over and their meat selection is always well stocked. I’ve even called ahead and made special orders for things like beef tenderloin and baby back ribs. If you don’t mind the drive this one is a lot more convenient in many areas then the Publix at Avalon Park.
