Nikki is absolutely amazing! If I don’t see her at the pharmacy, I’m more than willing to come back just to get her help. Her kindness truly makes every visit feel valuable. She's exceptional at what she does. If you want exceptional customer service from this branch, find Nikki!

Your pharmacy customer service sucks. People come here that don’t feel good and we are treated like an inconvenience. Especially Linda. Linda just retire already. People shouldn’t have to be around you. The Publix system for buying cold medicine is outdated. A paper medication log booklet was plopped down onto the counter before telling me the “system was down”. Was the system really down or you just didn’t know what you were doing? I took my business to Walgreens and it was so pleasant! Friendly and helpful service, a swipe of my DL and credit card and signature and I was out the door in minutes. Next time I’ll save myself a trip and go straight to Walgreens.

I sincerely hope this review reaches someone who values Publix’s reputation. My family and I have been shopping at the Toledo location for about a year since moving to the area, and the consistent unprofessional and unpleasant treatment from employees has driven us to start shopping at a much farther location. At Toledo, interactions across almost every department feel as though helping customers is a burden. In stark contrast, the atmosphere at the Cochran location is warm and welcoming. I even asked an employee there why the environment was so different, and she proudly said, “We love what we do.” That sentiment is echoed by other long-term Publix employees I've encountered, who emphasize the importance of gratitude and customer care.Today was the final straw. When picking up my prescript

Horrible people that work here. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They will snap at you for asking any questions. Go to Sumter instead

Brandon the pharmacy manager is awful. My husband has advanced prostate cancer metastatic to the bone. It has spread everywhere, most notably his spine and brain. He is in a lot of pain. Moffitt Cancer in Tampa is where his prescriptions come from. I can't take care of him at home without a pain management plan. It requires strong pain meds and every 3 hours. The last prescription was 9-24 and Brandon refused to fill it until 10-14. He also told us he wouldn't fill it for the amount of pills on the script. He said they have rules about controlled medications which I'm aware of but he told me he would fill an amount of pills according to "his" discretion. He never said that the system didn't allow him to fill the entire amount prescribed. He was very arrogant and rude. When I called on the
