Publix Pharmacy at the Shoppes at Cypress Bay

Katie and Kristin are ROCK STARS!!! First of all, the fact this Pharmacy is literally three minutes from my front door makes life so much easier. Plus a drive thru!!! So awesome!! For years, we used a different Publix Pharmacy. But, now that this one is opened, we decided to give it a try. Quite honestly, we weren’t sure if we wanted to transfer everything especially since we dealt with a great staff at other location. This new spot is much more convenient silly not to try it out. Well, happy to say it was the BEST decision!! Katie and Kristin have both been incredibly helpful, kind and are true examples of SUPERIOR customer service!! Thank you for helping us with the transition and always answering questions with a smile. We appreciate you greatly!!!

When this Publix Pharmacy first opened, we were thrilled because it’s only a few minutes from our home. However, we recently discovered a serious issue with a prescription refill from March. My husband was supposed to receive four bottles of medication, 210ml each, totaling 840ml for a three-month supply. Instead, he was only given three bottles. Previously, he had received two large bottles of 450ml each from a different Publix location. Out of trust for the staff, we didn’t check whether the number of bottles in the bag was correct. He only realized the shortage a few days ago when he started running low on his medication.
