Publix Pharmacy at The Riverland Center

The staff at this pharmacy is the worst. They always find a reason to deny the medication. Only one person is good at their job at this place; the rest never work with enthusiasm or kindness. They don't check the information properly; they simply say the insurance doesn't cover it. You have to go when the lady who actually knows how to do her job is there, and it always turns out to be a mistake made by the people who were working the day before. You have to call the insurance company, and it's always the same story: they do cover the medication. It's a never-ending ordeal. I have a newborn baby who takes medication regularly, and because of them, my baby sometimes goes up to two days without his medicine because they don't know how to do their job.

The pharmacy experience has been consistently unsatisfactory. Whenever my doctor submits a prescription, they consistently deny receiving it. However, they subsequently search other systems and locate the prescription, claiming that they just received it approximately 20 minutes ago. This pattern of excuses for not fulfilling their responsibilities is unacceptable. It happens all the time, hours after the prescription has been sent. The deli department workers move extremely slow. Expect to wait in that department for a minimum of 30 minutes to grab a slice of deli. Shopping is not a pleasure, at least at this Publix location!

The best pharmacists, staff, and pharmacy, in the area. Absolutely the friendliest by a long shot. I have used them all around here. Even when scripts get messed up by docs, they work to help the best they can. Not sure why they don't have a 4+ rating. I think some people are just unreasonable, and think the pharmacists can break the law and just hand out meds willy nilly, even when something didn't go right in the prescription process. I've been coming for years and have never myself, nor seen others, be treated with anything but respect. I will say, they aren't the fastest pharmacy in terms of turn around, but that doesn't appear their fault necessarily, bc of the amount they deal with and the shortages on some meds nationally. App works great too. Great job Riverland Publix

10/10 they had bruce springsteen magazine i love him so bad

Long story short; I went to 3 different pharmacists yesterday seeking advice 2 different Publixs' and a Walgreens. All three were very nice...BUT... Bob at this location was not only nice, but went above and beyond in helping me. I have never used this Pharmacy before, but based on the time, assistance and guidance Bob gave me to help me bring comfort to the pain I was experiencing every time I tried to eat it drink even water, this is my new Go-to pharmacy! Special Shout out and thank you to Bob!
