Publix Pharmacy at The Plaza Midtown

I’m incredibly grateful to the pharmacist who helped me, even though my prescription was called in just minutes before closing. He still took the time to fill it, and that kind of dedication means so much. Thank you, thank you! It’s people like you who go above and beyond every day that make all the difference and keep customers coming back

The male pharmacist (didn’t get his name but will check when I go back and update this review) is always great. Always greets with a smile and provides top tier customer service.

Couldnt even find out if pills were in stock and Apparently they are banned from ordering more controlled substances? So I guess something went down.

The male pharmacist who works in the evening lacks a lot of empathy and is genuinely a heartless person. My doctor submitted a prescription at 7:45, got to publix at 8:30 and he’s like “oh it just came in! Come back at 9PM”. I go back at 9:02 and the pharmacy is shut down and closed. Everybody left. I’m not from here and he didn’t even bother to say the pharmacy closes at 9 or have the decency to call me knowing that I was waiting for that prescription. My other prescription made me vomit each time I took it so I really needed this second prescription. Thanks to him I missed two doses of medicine. I’m really frustrated and upset by this pharmacy and the lack of empathy people here have.

The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended
