Publix Pharmacy at The Plaza at Palmer Ranch

I stood at the drop off for 5-10 minutes. The pharmacist and the pharmacy assistant both ignored me. After I walked around to the pickup, the pharmacy assistant told me she could take me in the drop off line. I told her, I have been waiting there for over 5-10 minutes. Never once an acknowledgement, or "I will be with you in a few minutes." Nothing. I'm taking my prescription some place else, and will shop for groceries elsewhere, as well.

Altercation with customer service prompted this review. Needed water, no water on shelf for the BOGO. Mgr assisted. Price rang up wrong. Took receipt to customer service, was told I got the wrong thing. Excuse me? I got what the manager put in my cart. Jade would not listen to what I had to say. Left frustrated. No bueno Publix

I see what they don't sell they put in sale as a buy1 get 1 check all dates make sure there not old or only good for 1-2 days it seems every other week it's the same products on sale Also most items are priced higher when buy 1 get 1 But WALMARTS is cheaper on all items especially when it comes to ice creams and pizza and especially Vitamins you can get 3 for the price of 2 at Publix

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Each time I called the pharmacist was very rude and sounded like talking to me was such a bother to her. Once my medicine was finally filled and I went to pick it up the rudeness continued. Out of the three ladies working one was nice the other two were extremely rude and not willing to be of any assistance. The entire experience made me feel as if I was such an inconvenience. I will drive to the next Publix before ever going back to this one. Very sad because I love this store for shopping.
