Publix Pharmacy at The Paramount on Lake Eola

Don't go to Publix if you want good service that almost doesn't exist there. Somebody said it best in the comments. No love, no care. Went to the Deli( employees in that department needs to be replaced with people who have a certain degree of education and professionalism) it was emplty but as per usual they treat you like you don't matter and just let you wait, without acknowledging the fact that you are there.Talked to Juan the "manager" about it, while he eventually apologized, he had no urgency about it as well. Every body seems to be afraid to rock the boat when it need to be fixed. This is not like other PUBLIX's....theres no love,no care at this location. Staff is hardened, Manager followed me around store as if I was a thief, mind you I fill my prescriptions here. 0 Stars.....PUBLIX is one of my favorite stores because of the treatment,not this place....I have 2 nephews who currently work for other PUBLIX stores and My mother was an ex bakery manager for 10+years at another location. Thumbs down, GARBAGE. The red headed pharmacist guy is cold and dry.

I've had a good experience in person, but the techs are curt and kind of rude on the phone. I get that they might be busy assisting other customers, but you can just tell me that; I can wait a little longer! There's no need to be so unkind when I'm just trying to get some help.

Worst customer service by phone on the pharmacy area. I called to ask about a compounding option for my son’s medication and this lady just told me “call to your doctor to find another option”… she didnt answer my question just send me with the doctor… so if you are looking for a compounding medication option. Dont waste your time with this place.

I've always received excellent service when visiting in person. However, *every* time I've ever called with a question, I get placed on an endless hold and can hear them picking up then placing me on hold again so the phone notifications will stop. Super frustrating for sure.
