Publix Pharmacy at The Market Place at The Bray

These folks are great. Grocery store and pharmacy, all rolled into one. I disagree with the one-star ratings.

Pharmacy is fine but staff has been very unfriendly and unhelpful last few times at this location. Update: Months later still the most irritated acting staff I’ve ever spoken to, even worse over the phone. There is businesslike and then there is rude. Same girl every time. Send your business elsewhere if you can.

Great store but pharmacy not so much. Transferring our prescriptions to another store. They were great when we first transferred prescriptions to them but have been rude ever since. Also seems to be glitch in their notification system. My prescription was returned after only one week when they say you have two weeks to pick up which caused another trip to pharmacy where we encountered an exceptionally rude employee this morning. Done. This is not the way publix operates.

Waited for an hour in my car bf finally going inside. The place was a ghost town literally no one else but me. No one had been through the drive through the entire time either. I asked what the hold up was and she asked my name and told me to give her 10 minutes. Watched her finally get mine ready. So if you have an hour and a half to kill these are your guys. I would suggest going inside and standing at the counter though if you want service
