Publix Pharmacy at The Market at Southside

I've been coming to this store & pharmacy for years. I don't understand the most recent reviews. Your staff has ALWAYS been helpful, respectful & right on point. They feel like family I've never been disappointed. In fact, I always look forward to seeing them & even when I don't have a script to pick up I often stop to just say hello. Here's to a great 2026 & people I'm happy to have in my life helping me when I most need it. Cheers!

I went to this pharmacy to establish and was felt like I was treated like a criminal, the female pharmacist, and all the staff in this place are absolutely rude and disrespectful. I would not go here if it was the last Pharmacy on earth.. On top of that, I am retired Publix employee and owns several shares of stock

Went to pickup an important pain med for my dog, The price through goodrx is 11 dollars. Confirmed by my vet and good rx. Also confirmed by the pharmacist. They had some glitch which made it 89 DOLLARS. Despite recognizing it was a glitch on their end, they just shrugged their shoulders and refused to address the situation. Publix used to be a name that meant customer service and addressing issues with a handshake and a smile. Instead they don't want to put the effort in and my poor dog has to suffer for it.

Never in my life have I been so questioned and made to feel like such a criminal trying to get a refill on my prescription… the young hispanic woman with tattoos on the entirety of her right arm has a terrible attitude, rude tone and poor customer service. Telling me I should have “plenty left on my 30 day supply being that it’s only been 28 days” and that my doctor shouldn’t be sending any scripts over for me until I’m actually out, refusing to fill my script. Well I guess you’re a doctor now, or an insurance adjuster who gets to make those decisions, oh wait, I don’t think your minimum wage, high school education, lets you do that… maybe just stay in your lane next time and do your job. I’ll take my monthly business elsewhere, that’s a promise.

Thanks Tristan for helping me out in a pinch getting me my anxiety meds before a holiday. It was super helpful. Tristan was professional, helpful, and kind on a really busy day.
