Publix Pharmacy at The Market at Rice Hope

Location has had problems with the leads in management for the past year. I escalated 3 different situations and each time I found it was due to the lead pharmacists. I have NEVER had so much trouble at one location over simple things. They treat you like you are beneath them. I went without my insulin numerous times and had them give me trouble over the phone and on site without cause. They will not read your paperwork and make decisions based on numbers and facts they just assume they know better than anyone what YOU are supposed to be doing. I would go elsewhere especially if you have a serious condition as they are not reliable.

I have to call for them to even begin filling the prescription. Ill then show up when they say it'll be ready, then I have to wait until the following day. Highly unprofessional, especially when its something as important as medicine.

Went here recently to get a one off script filled. Wint be back. Female pharm seemed like she thought she knew more than Dr, was kind of aggressive and swear she said something about sucking a D as I drove away. Very unprofessional.

This RX is WONDERFUL!! Special thank you to Amber for helping me find my prescription after my doctor sent them to different pharmacies. She was so kind and patient and definitely helped make a frustrating situation better!!

I always love picking up my prescriptions at this Publix Pharmacy. The entire staff go above and beyond to help. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Deashia and Dr.Ben today. They were so kind, patient, and professional. I wish I could remember everyones names who have helped me in the past because they all deserve a shout out! I highly recommend this location mostly because of the incredible staff!
