Publix Pharmacy at The Groves at Royal Palms

This pharmacy is definitely a must, I can’t say enough how grateful we are for them! Brie is a definite call out on this. She helps my wife and I so much I battle a few health issues and is very helpful to make sure we are taken care of in drive through and in store. Thank you Brie for the extra care and compassion you give! Justin and Danielle!

Pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and impolite. If you only defend yourself from their bad attitude and abusive treatment, they immediately threaten you with no filling your medication anymore at this particular location. In addition, the Pharmacy is constantly out of medication and take for ever to fill a prescription, even if they have it available. Another common problem is that after calling you to tell you that your prescription has been successfully filled, the employees tell you the medication is not ready yet.

I have been getting my pills at this Publix for about 7 years now. I will no longer have my pills fill at this pharmacy the staff/technicians workers that are in training do not know how to do their job and are unprofessional. I spoke with a girl named ANASTASIA, she did not know how to do her job correctly. She was unprofessional on the phone never gave me any information about my medication that I could no longer use a coupon for the pills. When I asked her, how am I supposed to get another coupon???? She says (like you just googled it and that’s how you find it.) she couldn’t ask any questions I had for her about my Medication Instead of putting me on the phone with the pharmacist, she kept putting me on hold four times. I enjoy getting my medicine here. Sometimes the wait can be slightly long but the staff is polite. The pharmacists are very nice and are very kind when you have questions. I like getting my medicine here.
