Publix Pharmacy at The Crossings

I absolutely love coming to this pharmacy because of the staff! Melissa and Alyssa are my girls! They are always super kind to me, even when they're swamped with work. There was one night in particular that I had arrived about 30 minutes before they closed and I desperately needed my prescription as I was going to be having surgery the following day. Although they were incredibly busy, they both went the extra step to ensure I was able to get my prescription and I didn't need to wait very long for it. Additionally, there was a gentleman named Tucker at the pharmacy, who I believe was either new there or filling in for the day, very recently. I had an event at work that ran late and really needed to pick up this one prescription or I would've been completely out for the night. I arrived to

Everyone here is so nice! I feel like most Publix delis around 12pm have a huge line. This one had 4 people in line and it moved so fast. Once I got up to order my sandwich, Steve was so friendly while also being efficient! I enjoyed chatting with him and his willingness to build my sandwich exactly how I requested. He was such a nice guy! At check out David was also so friendly and easy to chat with. I left the store with a smile after my pleasant interactions with the staff! Also the store is large, but very easy to find the items I needed and it was very well stocked! Great experience!

I have always had great experiences with Publix Pharmcy until today. They know what they did and i will be going elsewhere for my flu shots and pharmacy needs. I am so disappointed with the way Publix handled my prescription.

The staff are excellent! They are knowledgeable and give personal care. My significant other and I have had issues with insurance covering medications when they were supposed to. Melissa went the extra mile to help and resolved the issue. They are quick to ensure our refills are done. All of the staff are very sweet and kind.

The pharmacist at this this location have always been wonderful to work with. I feel the teachs are never friendly, almost rebotic, a little bothered to be waiting on you. I'll definitely be keeping my prescriptions at this location but it is something I always think about when I leave the pharmacy.
