Publix Pharmacy at The Center of Bonita Springs

Had a critical prescription that needed to be filled that day. Went to Walgreens and they rudely said it couldn’t be done. Went to Publix and explained the situation; he had the script filled in 20 minutes. I don’t know his name but thank you for what you did. My prescriptions will be going to Publix from now on. Thank you

I don’t think I’d even come back to this Publix for groceries, let alone the pharmacy. This is now the fourth time I’ve had an issue with my prescription here, and both times it was something the Publix literally two miles down the road would’ve handled with ease. The vibe in this pharmacy is just off. Nickolas and Marc make the entire experience dreadful. I totally get that being a pharmacist comes with a lot of pressure, but it genuinely feels like they make it their mission to create a hostile, uncomfortable environment for patients. There’s zero warmth, zero communication, just pure attitude. What’s even crazier is that whenever I mention my experience at this Publix pharmacy to another Publix pharmacy, their reaction is always the same: complete shock. They’re horrified I even went

Marc the manager has no empathy or compassion for people. He is extremely rude and treated my wife terribly. Can’t figure out how he could be the manager of this location or any store for that matter. We have been shopping at this Publixs for over ten years and everyone there has been extremely professional and so willing to help you. Sad that he has such an important position with that kind of a poor attitude. BTW Roberto the manager of the pharmacy across the street at Walgreens couldn’t be any more helpful and kind. The staff at this pharmacy are always so kind and so helpful. Every single time I’ve been here I have had an amazing experience. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile, and never feel like I’m a bother. They are always super busy but never make you feel like an inconvenience. I’d recommend this pharmacy to anyone, solely because of the staff. They all deserve a raise!

Marc is very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Marc even assisted me with a prescription saver coupon for my pet's medication.
