Publix Pharmacy at Tallywood Shopping Center

I’ve usually had great experiences here—the Black ladies who normally work the counter are always very nice, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, my recent visit was quite different and disappointing. On this occasion, there were two white women working: one a very young girl with face piercings who appeared lost, dazed, and confused, and another who was a heavier-set woman. The younger employee struggled to locate the item I was looking for and seemed unsure how to assist. When the heavier-set woman stepped in, she immediately asked what I intended to use the product for. Then the younger one chimed in with, ‘Your doctor should have prescribed this with your medication.’ As professionals handling legal over-the-counter items, they shouldn’t be prying into personal reasons for a purchase

Best and fastest service I’ve ever experienced at any Publix! The tech, Tiffany, was sweet and patient with me. The pharmacist, Natasha, was also a pleasure and knowledgeable. I was even able to check out some grocery without an issue. I don’t look forward to being sick again, but if I do- I will be back here! Keep up the good work ladies!

If you drive thru, they’re good. Always good service at window. If you want delivery, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They partner with Instacart, which works with most places but not the Publix App and Instacart app. I’ve literally never managed to have a prepaid, non-controlled substance, and approved and visible in cart script actually be delivered to my home. Publix always blames Instacart, but it’s 100% Publix. Tired of calling corporate 🤬

They never tell you when your prescription can't be filled by them. It has happened to me three separate times for three different medications. I even ended up waiting a month for one of my medications because someone there had given me wrong information first about a back order before someone else finally told me they didn't stock that particular medicine. I am moving my prescriptions somewhere else.

My Doctor put in my prescription around Mon/Tues for my fertility treatment and I called Friday twice when I hadn't heard anything. Came up on Saturday to be told they couldn't fill my prescription. No one called me prior to let me know or returned any phone calls now I might not be able to do my fertility treatment this month.
