Publix Pharmacy at Summerhill

I have had a few experiences where I have chosen this Publix pharmacy over Kroger and haven’t regretted the choice. They are quick and try to do their best to accommodate getting prescriptions filled as quickly as possible. Friendly and engaging staff! We have officially switched over to them being our pharmacy of choice

I waited for almost an hour (they told me my medicine will get ready in 20 mins and when I went back to the store they said another 30-40 mins and then another 15 mins). That’s okay, but when I got home after I picked up my medicine, I found out they missed my one of medicine.

I went here the lady pulled up my information and asked me about an address i had 15 years ago i told her the address on my prescription was up to date she said she would update it when i went to pick up she didn’t update it also i gave insurance information when i picked up the lady said i owed $21 i said i have insurance she said insurance dosent pay for cough medicine she knew that when i dropped my prescription off and took my insurance information i felt she should’ve called me and said ms brown you have to pay they didn’t counsel me on how to take it or anything so i will not be coming back and also they wasn’t friendly

I wish I could leave a great review but, I can't. Today as I walk in the pharmacy feeling the worst I have ever felt, I asked the pharmacist the Korean lady ( sorry didn't catch a name) did I have a prescription there. I provided my name and birth date but she said that I didn't have a prescription there. After calling the urgent care next door, she magically finds it and said it will take an hour to pick up. I go back home because at this point I'm too weak to stand. I come back hours later to be met by a woman name Juancelyn ( name spelling error) with a nasty attitude. I go to the pick up side and tell her I'm there for a pick up and she said okay, I said what do I need to provide? She said name l, give her first and last name. How do I know what to provide if you don't tell me? End al

This is my new spot to shop. I love the police presence and the cleanliness; the workers are helpful, and I always find what I need. As for the pharmacy, always A1! I had foot surgery back in December 2023, and the pharmacist was knowledgeable about prescriptions and advised my aunt that the amount of narcotics meds was alarming!
