Publix Pharmacy at Sugarloaf Crossing

The gentleman who was the pharmacist here is the reason I finally transferred my many prescriptions here. He was always on top of everything. Several months back they moved him and the lady Jin, that replaced him is so inferior!! After not having my heart meds in for 3 days I called to emplore that I needed them as my BP was in a very dangerous level. She stated they had them. Im 5 minutes awY. At this time I told her I had to have them and would be there by 9 or 9:02. She stated that at 9 they closed and I would have to wait until the following day.I've even had a trip to the emergency room due to not being able to have my meds in. This is Best pharmacy to my knowledge. The staff are very nice , polite, expert and very very helpful. They lookout for their customers as much as possible. I would recommend anyone to shift their business here.

The manager, Andy was super helpful when I had some issues with my health insurance. He contacted my company and got everything taken care of. He also notified me of the vaccines that I was overdue for, so I was able to get those taken care of quickly. I've been going to this Publix pharmacy for years and I'm still pleased with their service.

The registered pharmacist technician named Daniela was extremely rude to us. I came to pick up my medicine and she gave me an attitude whenever I ask her to repeat something. She even yelled at my mom saying “address” when she asked her to repeat herself. I called them prior to coming there because they were closing at 9pm. I told her I’m on the way please wait for me. She repeated twice that their pharmacy closes at 9 and ended the call on me. I don’t usually write reviews, but her service was extremely poor.

Very helpful staff. The pharmacist Andy always goes out of his way to take care of my father's prescription needs and walks us through our questions. Hard to find that kind of compassion and support in other pharmacies who rush you in and out.
