Publix Pharmacy at Stoneybrook Hills Village

So far I got fill my prescriptions in this Publix Pharmacy and everyone is very good with the customer. I'm so happy for drop my last 2 pharmacys. Thank you so much to everyone to take care of my medicine needs. 5 Stars.

I don't understand the bad reviews. All of the people I've come in contact with at this pharmacy are terrific. Vanessa is always pleasant and helpful and the pharmacists go out of their way to be helpful. As a matter of fact, twice the pharmacist has offered to call other locations to find my medication as it was out of stock at Stoneybrook. We appreciate the friendly, helpful staff!

I was shocked to see all the negative reviews for this location. The pharmacists and their assistants are all friendly, professional, and more than competent, and they've gone out of their way to accommodate my needs more than once. They all know me by name (so I assume that the same is true for all their regular customers) and often wave hello if I'm passing by the counter on my way to another part of the store. I don't love Publix in general, but I think this pharmacy is fantastic.

Oh but wait until you have a conversation with Vanessa. She listens to respond. Only. She repeats the same answer two or three times and your issue remains without resolve. I've dealt with this on a few occasions. The best part is when you go in to pickup your prescriptions and she laughs at you with her coworker. Her coworker had enough sense to know that I heard Vanessa and she ignored her (as I was standing only a few feet away). The two ladies that run the pharmacy either do not see this behavior, or they turn a blind eye. Alex is amazing. He is probably the best one there. He tries and it shows, which is amazing since he is younger than most of the pharmacy staff. Goodbye Stoneybrook Publix pharmacy... So glad to be rid of this headache.
