Publix Pharmacy at Stockbridge Lakes

This pharmacy is ok it has the potential to become excellent. However, similar to many other establishments, customer service can be inconsistent, often lacking altogether. There are at least two male employees who are particularly pleasant and have consistently addressed my inquiries and concerns effectively. As for the rest of the staff, their service tends to vary unpredictably. The doctor will send in a new prescription, and you can submit others for refills. However, even if they have the medication available, they might fill one prescription and not the other. Thankfully, I always call ahead before going, no matter the situation. I just find it strange when the pharmacist asks, “Oh, did you want that filled today? We have it in stock.” Why wouldn’t they go ahead and fill the prescri

That literally drag their feet when in comes to fill your prescription like today at 9 am medicine was to be filled. Here it is 1:58 still not filled of course I have to be at work at 3 and they don't open back up till 3 smh so I will be without until they reopen tomorrow nothing new In all honesty I have never ever in my life had so many problems with a pharmacy but this location is the worst. Two of the pharmacist are smart mouthed with everyone including doctors. DON'T USE THIS LOCATION IN STOCKBRIDGE

Such a mixed bag of service. I called in several prescriptions on Thursday. Showed up on Saturday to pick them up. Two were ready. Two they didn't bother to fill. It took 15 minutes and me demanding they look in the system for the prescription. They finally found them and fix the mistake but it sure was a waste of time. I do credit the people working. The tech that helped me get it straightened out. He was pretty awesome

TJ and Robert are wonderful. They are kind and great at their jobs. Recently TJ helped me with TJ a tricky refill situation. He saved me time, money, and made sure I would get my medication on time.
