Publix Pharmacy at St. Charles Plaza

The absolute worst Publix pharmacy. This location gives Publix a bad name. My doctor can send in a prescription electronically and it will not be filled for 2-3 days. No phone call regarding the delays. There are times when they have confirmed they had the medication and you would still have to wait 24 hours before you would receive notification to pick up. I have called Publix at the Shops at the Grove store # 2041 and they would pull my prescription. I would have the prescription in 1 hour or 2 hours max. I always have a horrible experience here so unless you want to be frustrated because people don’t want to work then go here.

If I could give 0 I would, I’ve sat on customer service hold for 10+ minutes multiple times trying to figure out my prescription only to have the pharmacy hang up on me. I then called customer service and was argued with over the phone and told they would get me a manager. I sat on hold for another 20+ minutes without hearing anybody. I had tried to pick up my prescription Friday when it was claimed to be ready, when I got there I’m told it’s not ready and won’t be till tomorrow. I say” I work from 10-7 and cannot get here after and they told me to call when I was on my way and that they’d stay open for me. Comes today and they tell me they cannot do 7:02pm pick up bc they close at 7 and will be gone by 7. These people are so inconsiderate. They never have the medication ready in the morni

I have done business with Publix for 7 years and shop exclusively with them. I have always supported the company. Today I got out of work on 4/19 late, called this pharmacy and asked if I was there just a minute or two after they closed at 7PM ON A SATURDAY if I can get a specific pill that was essential to my wellbeing because they were closed tomorrow for Easter. The pharmacist said that they would no longer be there at 7:02, which is an obvious lie. They don’t close everything at 7 on the dot and just walk out the door. My wife was upset by this and called to talk to them and without even being able to speak got hung up on by the same lady who talked to me. I will no longer be using this pharmacy as they clearly don’t care about their clients. I had one other situation similar in 7 year

I love the grocery part of publix but the pharmacy is something else altogether. Rude and slow. We call in a prescription 2 days before and go to pick it up and it won't be ready til 2pm. That's ridiculous. And then we go to pick it up and the lady is rude and tells us to go around so they can help the next customer. I thought that's what we were, a customer. The pharmacy people need help on their customer service.

I went today to pick up meds and to get two vaccines. Destiny was really sweet and caring I was nervous she made sure I was ok the whole time. She was very happy and polite with all the customers that came to pick up meds. Destiny if you’re reading this keep up the great work publix is lucky to have you !!
