Publix Pharmacy at Spirit Lake Crossing

Staff is so friendly so it's such a shame that if a Dr calls a medicine in for you in the morning, consider yourself lucky if it's done before 8pm that day. Usually it's not filled til the following day. Order a refill on a medicine and go the next day to get it, and it's not been done.

Horrible service. Walmart pharmacy has NEVR made me wait an hour for my medicine especially when it was sent in the Day BEFORE. Definitely never using this pharmacy again

I have had my rx filled for years here. ENOUGH IS Enough. EVERY OTHER DEPARTMENT IN THIS STORE IS AMAZING, AND ABOVE BAR. I don't normally review businesses, because every one can have a bad day. This pharmacy is the WORST I have ever seen. For years!!!

Staff are very friendly, but never have refills ready. Every time I go to pick up a refill, whether I called it in that day or 3 days prior,, the answer is always "oh we're working on it, give us 10-15 more minutes." And 30 minutes later it still won't be ready. They are also continuously out of 2 particular medical products needed by my family. After a year of dealing with this, I'm moving all of our Rx to Walgreens.

We had to switch from CVS because they stopped taking our insurance. It is always a hassle getting meds on time. They take several days to fill, even if you call and ask they will say a few hours but never fill the prescription. I have had this happen almost every month. My sons monthly medication is rarely available for refil and associates are very rude telling you yo buy equivalent otc or find another pharmacy. These folks must be extremely unhappy e their jobs or shirt staffed and overworked because they have never been friendly. Other pharmacies are so far out of the way but it might be time for a switch.
