Publix Pharmacy at Southwood Village

Been using this pharmacy for approximately 16 years and like any business some of the employees are rude, give bad information and in general are unpleasant. My experience has been the Pharmacists' have been and are informative courteous, competent and professional. My concerns over the long period of time has been with three of the clerks who certainly could use training in Customer Service. I do try to avoid those individuals by using the online ordering and pay in advance application. There is also something to be said about the increase in volume of clients over the years. It must be maddening since the work area has not increased and the public is sometimes difficult to please. All in all give this pharmacy a chance. We all have off days.

Publix pharmacies are great. I have used them in Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee. They are networked; I have been able to get my vaccinations, and it is convenient to be able to shop while I wait for my prescriptions to be filled.

The absolute worst Publix pharmacy in the city of Tallahassee. I'm not sure where they find their staff that answer the phones, but they need to look harder, as they are some of the rudest and least helpful people I've dealt with in a long time. Based on the ratings other people have provided, this has been an ongoing problem for quite some time.

Probably the worst Publix in town. Maybe the second worst. The customers that shop here are not desirable to be around and I'm getting sick of Publix prices

This is the worst experience of a Publix pharmacy. I switched to this one to be closer to my house. I will drive longer to avoid this pharmacy at all cost. They are rude and when you call they just pick up phone and hang up. I have never in my life encountered this behavior.
