Publix Pharmacy at Southchase

I filed a complaint with Dwaine Stevens, Director of Public Relations at Publix, on February 7, 2026. To date, I have not received any feedback or follow-up from his office. The following is the complaint that was submitted for review and photos of the store manager Good evening, Mr Stevens, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding treatment I received at your store located 12195 S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, at approximately 11:30 Eastern Standard time. We were visiting from Chicago and checked with a few pharmacys in the area to get our prescription fulfilled, and they couldn't help us because they didn't have all the ingredients. FRANCISCO , the only pharmacist on duty, did his best to help us even if we had to wait like 45 minutes. Thank you for helping my daughter when she was in great pain!

Been going to this pharmacy for almost 7 years, never had any problems or issues!! They are great!

I have had several bad experiences here. Now this has taken me a few years to get to the point where i felt the needed to review it. There have been a staff members that have been super nice, but the person I think who is in charge seems to be discriminatory if you don't speak spanish, it could just be an older staff member but its just how I felt based on the reaction I got. They started speaking to me in spanish and I had to apologize saying i'm sorry I only speak english. They also take zero initiative on digital orders. Expect to have to call in to make them look for your prescription, the pharmacy staff do not seem to do this automatically.
