Publix Pharmacy at Smyrna Crossing

They have been good in the past but today I had surgery & my Dr called the Rx in twice The pharmacy said they had not received an Rx my son went a couple of hours later and he was told they don't have the medication. Why would they not have called me & told me? Who's lying my Dr or Publix??? Now I will have to wait until tomorrow & go to a different pharmacy to get postop medicine I need. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I’ve been using this pharmacy many years. Nate is the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever spoken to. Two notable mentions are accusing me of illegally obtaining medication (he did apologize after I showed him proof of prescription) and telling me to call my insurance company when clearly the errors in filling my son’s Rx was done by Publix pharmacy team members. Customer servicing training is clearly needed.

Stage 4 patient. Have been getting my meds here for over 1yr. Excellent service. Great communication when my meds are going to be delayed, which is not often. Love the Publix pharmacy app! It lets me know what is in progress and when ready.

Never in stock, no sense of urgency on delivering prescriptions and unpleasant customer service.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. They are constantly out of medication or they said they have filled your medication and they actually have not. 8/10 times I have been told to wait for medications it's ridiculous and I'll find another location to get my prescriptions filled. Avoid this place at all costs. They are not even compassionate about their errors and their customer service stinks.
