Publix Pharmacy at Shops of Sebastian

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE at this pharmacy has been so helpful, kind, compassionate, and patient! When I call or visit, the pharmacist on duty or the techs are quick to answer my questions or look up answers for me. I would especially like to give a shoutout and kudos to Pharmacist Lindsey. She talked to me about drug doses and interactions, she and her staff have helped me navigate a byzantine insurance HMO, they've worked hard to get me pre-authorizations, find cheaper Good Rx deals, and administer our vaccines. Lindsey spent a lot of time with me last week, explaining my insurance coverage, going over alternatives, and double-checked timing and available inventory. Much appreciated! This pharmacy needs to get its act together. My husband and are getting pretty frustrated because more often than not, we receive notification a prescription is ready and when we go to pick it up, it is in fact not ready. If it's their computer system, then get it fixed. If it's employees, then they need to be retrained or something. I would have given a one star rating, but in fairness to Publix I have found all of pharmacies in this county aren't much better.

A Gorgeous Red Headed Angel disguised as a Publix Pharmacist saved my life tonight’ in a Publix, near a quaint little town by the Sea. The Ladies at Publix went back & forth more than once with my Doctor. I know that now & I’m so touched that I didn’t get the: That will ONLY be ready tomorrow’ line. If you think Walgreens or CVS will do that for you then get out of the left lane, because you're blocking traffic! AGAIN. ALSO: The Pharmacists at Publix seem to be pretty much the same at all their different Pharmacies. I’m speaking of CARING, being EFFICIENT, EMPATHETIC, and DEPENDABLE. All that while SMILING’ 5 STARS for The Publix Pharmacy in Sebastian along with my Prayers & Blessings also!

my wife and I have used this pharmacy since it opened and have been extremely satisfied with the staff. The store manager told me once that this particular pharmacy fills more prescriptions than any other in the region. They are way above in care and service than the Walgreens pharmacy.

The people that work in this pharmacy have always treated me very well. Recently the pharmacist, Kaitlin, went above and beyond to help me out in a difficult situation, I'm very grateful.
