Customer Reviews
My insurance forced me to them. They are incompetent or there system needs updating. I called in prescriptions 2 weeks ago and when I called I was told it was requested yesterday. I used the app for a refill so maybe it's an app issue, but I doubt it would register yesterday, especially since all my transfers and refills are days to get. Unfortunately I have no choice but just beware if you need something, order it in advance or go elsewhere so you get it when needed.. best of luck
If you like your medication in a melted plastic bottle with the pills stuck to the place where it melted, then this is the pharmacy for you! When I spoke to the Pharmacy Manager, Cameron, to explain what I was given and to ask to return it and transfer my prescription to another Publix pharmacy, he refused. He told me it was just a “dent” and proceeded to demonstrate denting another plastic bottle to try to show me that bottles can get dented. He also told me there is no heating element there. I told him the pills were stuck in the “dent” and I am worried the pills have been compromised. I told him it’s not just a “dent” because I tried to push the plastic back out where it melted inward and it wouldn’t pop back out, plus the pills were stuck in the plastic, I had to pull them out where it
This is the first time I have a negative. It is not about the pharmacist but rather the techs. They exude an attitude of superiority and talk down to customers. I went in on Saturday morning. The tech was disrespectful to other customers in line. Then this morning I called in to cancel my appointment for a vaccine. The tech was short, cutting me off mid sentence multiple times. Did not even want to know my name. It makes me want to spend my money somewhere else.
Call the pharmacy to make sure your prescription is ready before going there. The verbal time/day given holds no value. What a disappointment. I suggest Costco- better communication. Wasted my time and the Pharmacist went to the back to avoid the situation.
The parking lot here is by far the most aggressive, hilarious, Nascar-like atmosphere I've ever seen and like most of you, I've seen a ton of bad driving in south Florida... This parking lot takes it to a whole new level. I ended up playing a game to see "how long can we go without someone honking their horn", over the course of 10 minutes waiting for someone, the highest I got to was about 32 seconds. Nobody knows how to drive around here and they're all just as frustrated as the next. It's honestly hysterical to watch.
