Publix Pharmacy at Shoppes at Ibis

This pharmacy is a complete joke. Went to the doctor at 9am today and went to pickup my prescription at 4pm to find out 1 wasn’t ready and the other they didn’t have and would have to order. 7 hours and not 1 phone call. They take no accountability.

Every person I've been in contact with at this pharmacy has been kind, attentive and prompt. I truly appreciate this type of service! I'm so thankful to have this pharmacy in our community.

Always an issue when “Joey” as he refers to himself is in the pharmacy. Refuses to fill scripts with dates clearly written. Does not call to notify that the script isn’t in and will take days to come in. Only find out when I go to pick it up when they TOLD ME it would be ready. “Joey’s” responses - the doctor can write whatever he wants. It’s up to me He was fired from CVS shortly after we stopped going there strictly because of him. Now he’s here, and to no ones sutures - same issues. He an incompetent fool and now has a medicinally dependent child going with out because “he can”

I would have rated this pharmacy and their personnel at 1/2 or zero stars if that was possible. I took prescriptions for 3 vaccines (not Covid) over a month ago. They had one in-stock and had to order the other 2. Long story short, they “lost” the other 2 prescriptions and said “you need to contact the doctor to have them reissued.” I visited the doctor today and had them both fax copies to Publix and provide me a hard copy, as I didn’t trust the personnel for obvious reason. When head home, I called the pharmacy to confirm they got them. After keeping me on hold for 5 minutes, the woman said they hadn’t received them. So I stopped in with the hard copy. I have it to one of the staff and waited 5-8 minutes with no communication. No sorry this is taking a while, I’m working on this, nothin

Status of personal prescriptions is constantly very wrong on their website. When attempting to clarify they are absolutely rude, cut you off, and never provide an answer. This has happened on multiple occasions. If your meds are important for you DO NOT use this pharmacy.
