Publix Pharmacy at Shoppes at Del Prado

Horrible communication between pharmacist and patient. I get a text saying there checking with my insurance company to see if the person is covered. Never heard back from them. I called a week later and was told we don't carry them. And she won't order them. Won't use this pharmacy anymore

This is a great pharmacy. The sign up process is full of glitches and we were not able to sign up for vaccinations without going online. We tried with both phones. Poor online

Not helpful. I asked for help with a bandage and they wouldn't show me. Just pointed and said good luck essentially.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The service was by far the worst I’ve experienced. This is a pharmacy team and I was shocked the by lack of member service and manner shown. I wasted 20 mins standing in the pharmacy because of a 2 missing. Only for my doctor to ask to speak with the pharmacy and the pharmacy said no he needs to call their phone. My doc called and they corrected the script with pencil. Only for my doc to call me and warn me to find a different pharmacy as they are incorrect on the script inf. What a joke when this could have been handled 20 mins earlier. Your pharmacy staff is about as skilled as a child at chalk. We will take our medication needs to a pharmacy that cares for their customers and patients.

I have always had good experiences at the Pharmacy, but I would like to mention a great Lady (Eva) for her caring and great customer service. If everyone was like her it would be a great world. Thanks Eva. Bob C.
