Publix Pharmacy at Shoppes at Beachwalk

I had a very unpleasant experience with Lexi H. at the Publix pharmacy. When I approached the counter, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, she simply stared at me until I provided my personal information. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, and her tone throughout was rude and dismissive. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far short of that standard and left me feeling uncomfortable and, frankly, discriminated against. I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers do not have a similar experience.

This Publix Pharmacy is my favorite! I have encountered a few of the employees at this location and they are all so friendly and helpful. I will continue to have my prescriptions filled here! Being kind makes all the difference! 😊😊😊😊

Hands down the worst pharmacy. I had an emergent weekend visit to urgent care to get a necessary prescription because my primary was closed. I had the script sent in here and they had a good hour and a half to fill it before closing. I called right before closing because I hadn’t heard from them and I was headed to the store. They informed me they had received it but were not going to finish filling it before closing. I explained my urgency in starting the medication asap and they couldn’t care less. I even spoke with the pharmacist about the severity of my issue and the reason for beginning the medication asap and she was just as careless. She told me I could take an over the counter med, which had absolutely zero relatively to my issue. I will never use this pharmacy again. Slow, lazy an

One the young men (Ricky) Is exceptionally helpful, kind, and courteous and an outright just young great person I highly recommend him for his customer service his friendliness he’s always there to help

We have always had great service at Publix Pharmacy at Beachwalk. Recently my mother in law needed some assistance in her prescriptions and Gabby was exceptional at getting her everything she needed. She went above and beyond to help us. We are thankful for the extra care given at this pharmacy.
