Publix Pharmacy at Sarasota Pavilion

There's always one sour grape but such a convenient location and such outstanding pharmacists and staff. I've been going there for 5 years and I love both Debbie and Heath who are the main pharmacists and I appreciate and respect that when a psychiatrist over prescribed me, Debbie would not fill the prescription until that psychiatrist contacted her to explain to her why she should fill an amount that she thought was too high so I thanked her for looking out for my best interest and I truly meant that and still mean that very sincerely. The place is outstanding and a solid five (5) stars all day, everyday!

The pharmacist, Heath, filled my prescription within ten minutes. He was friendly and helpful.

My doctor sent a prescription in for me. I have Covid and feel miserable. I have been using this pharmacy for many years. Unfortunately this pharmacy said they do not carry the Covid prescription. Instead of contacting my doctor immediately they did nothing. Then they lied to my husband and said they called me. No one called or texted or emailed. My husband asked if they could send it to another pharmacy and she gave an excuse that it was written poorly. How can that be when it was sent on a computer. So my doctor's office is closed and I have no way to get my medication today. THANKS Publix Pharmacy for not caring and doing such a POOR job and keeping me sick for a day longer than necessary.

Debbie Goux was so nice, helpful and attentive! The best one! I have had trouble with my doctor about a prescription but she always tries her best to help me and fix the problem.

It's very apparent the two people that work at Publix Pharmacy near Siesta Key do not like people or their jobs. Basic questions annoy them. They don't even try to hide it. Flu shots save lives. Get over it! It takes a few minutes to administer. Do your customers a favor and move onto different jobs if you're so unhappy providing a fundamental Center for Disease Control prevention immunization.
